It allows one person to control a workshop/hire centre/ both.   It takes all the hassle out of manually running a hire centre. Once the information is in you set your rates and it looks after everything else. From a hire contract to a cross hire right through to invoicing.

Easy to use (even I can use it)

I like the way that you can not take big shortcuts i.e. it will ask you to raise an official order on cross hires etc and that way you can keep a constant check on orders.  It constantly checks and rechecks to help you to get it right.

Then we have Syrinx^® technical support, you couldn’t ask for better help. The support team know exactly what they are talking about without having to refer to manuals both very pleasant and professional.

The person who installed our software, was again very pleasant, understanding and had a great knowledge of the software they were loading & teaching. It also helped that he came from a hire background which helped us immensely. You don’t just get someone turning up to install a program you get professional advice and suggestions on how to improve the way we do things relating to Syrinx^®.

All in all we at Liftec are very happy with the software that you have provided. You don’t have to have a huge stock list or fleet to benefit from this software. It will manage the day to day running of orders, contracts, advice notes right through to invoicing & accounts as well as job sheets etc.
