Equipment Availability
You can view hire fleet availability and sales stock levels at other depots instantly. This lets you see whether an order can be fulfilled from other depots without the need for a lot of calls between depots. |
Transfers
Transfer documents let you move hire fleet items and sales stock between depots. The system will prevent a depot from hiring out equipment until ownership is accepted. |
Invoice Printing
A centralised invoice printing function allows individual depots to create, review and confirm their own batches, with a single print run from head office printing all invoices for all depots. Each depot can create their own batch at the time that suits them, without affecting operation at any of the other depots. |
