Syrinx® Features - Invoicing
Automated Invoicing
Invoices may be generated as and when required for off hires, sales notes and ongoing hires (continuation invoices). The generated invoices are clear and accurate, thereby cutting the number of invoices that are queried by your customers.
Invoicing Options
The hire invoicing may charge up to a given date (e.g. month end) or for a fixed period (e.g. four weekly). Separate invoices can be created for each contract, or each invoice can include multiple contracts, by site or order number. Invoicing options are configurable by customer, so each customer can be invoiced in the way that suits them.
Checking and Adjustments
Generated invoices may be checked on the screen, or via a printed report. Modifications may be made to the invoices, such as the addition of a missing customer order reference, a manual adjustment or exclusion of generated charges. You retain control over the invoices being sent out.
Invoice Summary Reporting
A comprehensive set of invoice reports allow summary analysis by customer, nominal code or depot, and the production of detail lists.
Long running Cash Hires
Interim ‘continuation’ invoices may also be created for long running cash hires, to ensure that income is received during the hire, and to avoid the customer from receiving one large bill at the end of the hire.
Track unpaid cash invoices
The system tracks unpaid cash invoices, and statements for cash customers may be produced. The system will warn if a new contract is started for a cash customer that owes money.
Finding and re-Printing Invoices
A powerful search facility lets you find invoices by invoice number, customer, date range, order number, contract number, etc. Copy invoices can be re-printed, or e-mailed directly to your customers.
