Held on an annual basis by the Hire Association Europe, the Hire Awards of Excellence sees members who have
made outstanding contributions to the hire industry rewarded for their efforts. This year’s award dinner
and ceremony was held on the 10th of May in The Landmark Hotel, London.

This year, Higher Concept Software were proud to sponsor the Excellence in Customer Care award. This award was
particularly suited to sponsorship by Higher Concept Software because they consider
customer care and satisfaction a top priority.
Higher Concept Software were further delighted that this award was won by one of their customers.
