You can configure your own set of prospect statuses, which can be used to track which stage of the sales cycle that each prospect is currently at. Multiple hire & sales quotes can be raised and printed, and prospects can be converted into an account or cash customer. |
Contacts Multiple contacts may be entered for prospects, customers and suppliers, with email, phone and other details. Contact details can be retrieved without leaving the hire system. |
Marketing Categories You can create multiple marketing category lists, and then assign prospects and customers to one or more category from each list. This lets you filter on prospects and customers according to your own criteria. |
Call Logging The system lets you record details of conversations you have had with your customers and prospects, and set reminders to call the customer back at a date in the future. |
Pricing Agreements Pricing agreements may be entered for specific customers (or prospects) to record agreed rates and/or discounts for equipment hire and sales. Pricing Agreements may be shared / copied so that standard agreements may be set up, and customised for specific customers as required. You can quickly look up any hire rate / sales prices for a given customer. |
Further Customer Details You can hold further details about each customer, such as internal notes, alert text, salesperson, web site, and the customer's insurance details. There are also options that may be set, such as mandatory order numbers and hide charges on documents. |
Mail Lists You can use the system to build mail lists – sets of prospects, customers and/or suppliers that you want to communicate with. As an example, you may want to send a mailshot to all customers that have hired a certain type of equipment within the last year. These lists may then be exported to spreadsheet format for use with the mail-merge FeatureItem of your word processor. |
