Customer Jobs Customer Service Jobs allow detailed management of the service and repair of a customer’s own equipment, letting you book new jobs in, record the detail of what work is required, and then monitor progress through to invoicing the customer for the labour and parts used. |
Receipts When an item is booked in, the accessories that have been supplied with the item can be recorded, along with details of what work has been requested. A receipt can be printed for the customer, leaving no doubt as to exactly what has been left, and what work has been authorised. |
Initial Charge An initial charge can be requested either for collection and/or diagnostic work, to ensure that even if the customer decides not to go ahead, then any initial work has already been charged for. |
Estimates If the customer requires an estimate before any work is carried out, then this can be flagged. The estimate given can then be recorded on the job, to avoid any disputes later. |
Certificates A certificate of Conformity or Service certificate can be issued on completion of the job if required. |
Customer Equipment The system will retain details of customer owned equipment, plus the history of work completed. If a fleet item sold to the customer is later bought back, then the previous history will be retained. |
Reminders If equipment is serviced regularly, then reminders can be set, and the system can automatically generate a letter for each customer, detailing what equipment is due to be serviced. This minimises the work required in generating repeat business from your existing customers. |
