Syrinx® Features - Reporting
User Alerts
A built-in User Alerts screen shows information such as how many unconfirmed contracts and off hires there are, late cash hire returns, unpaid cash invoices, etc. It lets you see the operation status of a depot from a single screen.
System Reports
There are many standard reports included with the system covering things like hire valuation, utilisation, late hire returns, free of charge contracts, contract change log, sales stock lists, fleet disposals and acquisitions, sales reports, etc.
Reporting on Equipment
The system automatically tracks the location of all hire equipment, and reports may be run at any time to give the current hire stock status by type of equipment, or the equipment currently on hire to a given customer.
